Payment and Cancellation Policy in the Peak Season -July, Aug and first week of Sept
     
        A one night deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation must be at least 6 weeks prior to arrival -
       Otherwise deposit is forfeited. If cancellation is  3 days prior to arrival - 100% of your reservation value will be      
       charged .
 
 

Payment and Cancellation Policy in Shoulder Season  May and June
 
       A one night deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation must be 2 weeks prior to arrival. Otherwise
      deposit is forfeited.
 
 

Payment and Cancellation Policy in the Off Season
 
      No deposit required. Full payment on arrival. Cancellation must be at least  48 hours prior to arrival otherwise a
      penalty of 1 night stay + taxes will be debited to  credit cards.
 
 

Payment Methods
 
       We accept Visa, Master Card .  We also accept cash, debit cards . If you can not provide a credit card number, a
       $500.00 CAD cash damage  deposit will be required.
 

       To ensure that you and all our guests have an enjoyable stay, please observe the following rules:
 
 
   1. No open fires - Open fires are strictly forbidden at the resort. Only propane BBQ and votive candles in the glass
       containers are allowed. Please do not put any candles on the balconies' railings
   2. Non smoking - All our chalets and apartments are non smoking. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balconies
       of the chalets. Please do not throw any cigarette butts in the bushes and woods around the resort. Danger of forest
       fires.
   3. Parking - Parking is only permitted in the designated parking spaces. Never park on the narrow streets as these
       must be accessible to emergency and service vehicles at all times.
   4. Trailers - please do not bring trailers into the narrow roads. Ask our office personal an we will show you the
       parking spot for trailers.
   5. Pets - Pets are welcome in our chalets . Pets are not permitted in our apartments. A fee of $10.00 CAD per night
       per pet applies. The animal must be with the owner at all times. Do not leave your pets in the houses or on the
       balconies alone, please take your pet along with you when you leave the house. Please clean up after your pet.
       Owners are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning charges. Pets MUST be on a leash while at the resort and
       cannot be left alone in the chalets.
   6. Children - are welcome in all our chalets. Our apartments are reserved for adults. Children are allowed in the
       apartment only when a family books both the upper and lowerapartments i.e. 8-1 and 8-2 or 9-1 and 9-2 for the
       same time period. We do make exceptions in certain cases.
   7. Do not play on or enter any private boats, sea planes or nearour storage containers for gas and propane.
   8. Kayaks and Canoes - Our kayaks and canoes are complimentary for our guests. Please wear a life jacket at all
       times when using them. Children must be under adult supervision when using the kayaks and canoes. Our
       office has tide charts.
   9. Check In / Check Out - Check in is after 3 to 4 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m.
  10. Wildlife - Please be aware that we are in bear and cougar country.
  11. Visitors - If you have visitors - please enquire at the office for our  new  visitor policy
  12. Quiet time at the resort is from 11 p.m. till 8 a.m.
  13. Laundry - Some of our chalets have laundry facilities. For others, we have a central laundry room where you can
        do your laundry after 4 p.m. Please contact the office for this.
  14. Boats - all boats using our dock for moorage will be charged with $1.00  perfoot. Moorage is only for guests of the
        resort.
  15. The Resort is closed for the months of Nov, Dec,Jan and Feb.  We reopen March 1st.
